Hosted by Gary Sinese, the Time to Remember video series proved instrumental in introducing the rationale for the Memorial through its relevance to all Americans, helping generate emotional resonance and a powerful fundraising message. The award-winning presentation also served as the prologue to the American theatrical debut of Peter Jackson’s acclaimed They Shall Not Grow Old.

Debuting on the 100th anniversary of the Armistice, A Soldier’s Journey provided a “first look” into the design of the Memorial’s bas-relief centerpiece. Told in the words of notable Americans whose stories frame both the war and this ‘wall of remembrance,’ the film explores the themes of the conflict as expressed through the work of sculptor Sabin Howard.
