We began promoting the project at the concept stage, as Melissa’s very personal vision evolved into a captivating chronicle of one immigrant family on the cusp of The American Century.

Presented by the Gary Sinise Foundation, ‘The Story of a Rose’ is being produced by The Doughboy Foundation to benefit its work in support of America’s National World War I Memorial in Washington, D.C. We’re pleased to continue our long-term relationship with both organizations that began with fundraising for the Memorial’s construction and continued with development of the acclaimed Daily Taps program.
