The path from industry innovator to market leader required both vision and perseverance. Our first mission was to convince the financial sector that Mitek’s Mobile Deposit® would not only capture check transactions—it would capture the imagination of the consumer.

To get the attention of influencers, analysts, partners and consumers, it needed to cut through the clutter in a very crowded media space.

The Approach

Our research showed that ease of use and trust would dictate success. So, we created an online video series that succinctly (and whimsically) introduced Mobile Deposit®, the simple, smart and dependable solution to instant check cashing.

As the product connected with consumers, we engaged directly with channel marketing partners to build relationships and enlarge the footprint. We launched aligned product offerings, crafted investor relations and media messaging and positioned the company’s identity management strategy.

As Mitek diversified into ID verification, we then helped them explode from zero ID transactions to one million a month. Through it all, we created multiple touch points with consumers, partners, investors and the media to expand awareness and capitalize on success.
