General office management support
Business contract administration, creating contracts from template, monitoring key dates
Expense and Purchasing management
Setting up/organizing office operations and procedures
Manage company calendar
Tracking and replacing office supplies
Keeping the office organized and stocked with snacks and drinks
Arrange mail and package shipments/deliveries
Some office event planning
Facilities management duties as and when needed
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
1-2 years experience with office management a plus, but not required.
1-2 years experience in marketing agency or similar a plus, but not required.
Basic HR Knowledge preferred.
Accounting skills/experience preferred (incl. PayPal, petty cash, AC, AP)
Knowledge of Quickbooks
