PAL: Demonstrating Results
DARPA’s successful PAL program (Personalized Assistant that Learns) focused on improving the way that computers support humans through the use of cognitive systems.
300 researchers from 25 top university and commercial research institutions were tasked with building a new generation of cognitive assistants that can reason, learn from experience, be told what to do, explain what they are doing, reflect on their experience, and respond robustly to surprise.
Beginning with the program’s inception, Loma was called upon to create a comprehensive digital media strategy to communicate the vision and speed results.
