Employing best practices from our national success supporting law enforcement recruiting, Loma launched a ‘digital first’ initiative to engage both lateral transfer and entry-level candidates. We designed a new website (joinvpdwa.com) to amplify “the VPD Difference,” immediately followed by an ‘incentive-driven’ outreach campaign featuring diverse VPD officers who collectively reflect the Department’s call to action: Join Today. Transform Tomorrow.
