Employing best practices from our national success supporting law enforcement recruiting, Loma launched a ‘digital first’ initiative to engage both lateral transfer and entry-level candidates. We designed a new website (joinvpdwa.com) to amplify “the VPD Difference,” immediately followed by an ‘incentive-driven’ outreach campaign featuring diverse VPD officers who collectively reflect the Department’s call to action: Join Today. Transform Tomorrow.
Working in alignment with the Department’s recruiting team, we’re putting VPD “on the map” and into the hearts and minds of candidates who welcome challenges, display strong self-motivation, and share a passion for proactively protecting and improving the Vancouver community.
